Job description
IAT Insurance Group in Plano/Spring, TX is seeking a Senior Inland Marine & Property Underwriter to manage an existing portfolio and grow new business. This role blends in-office collaboration (Mon–Wed) with the flexibility to work remotely Thu–Fri.
You will analyze submissions, set pricing, assess risk, and partner with brokers to secure quality growth while maintaining strong broker relationships and an eye on loss history and coverage clarity.
