Job description
MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Senior – Complex Care Specialist to coordinate care for acutely hospitalized patients with highly complex needs. The role sits within the Acute Care Management team and focuses on care coordination, discharge planning, and seamless transitions to outpatient resources.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN with 3+ years in complex inpatient populations; an Iowa RN license is required.
