Kratos has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Instructional System Designer III. The Senior Instructional Designer / ISD 3 leads the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex learning solutions by applying instructional design principles to meet organizational goals and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to create effective, innovative, and technically sound learning experiences.Leads Needs Analyses and Front-End Analyses / Training Systems Requirements AnalysesDesigns, develops, and implements courseware for computer-based, web-based, and distributed learning presentations. Selects instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectivesEvaluates learning and instruction using formative and summative evaluation techniquesUses appropriate industry and government standards and specificationsRecommends effective innovative and creative uses of simulation and computer technologies to enhance instruction and create new learning environments; determines instructional strategiesResearches and produces clear documentation and other instructional materials to support courseware developmentImplements adult learning theory into courseware and distance learning environments;Attends project meetingsSupports proposal efforts, as requiredThe Senior Instructional Designer / ISD 3 leads the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex learning solutions by applying instructional design principles to meet organizational goals and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
