Job description
Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC seeks a Market Leader to drive profitable growth, lead high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence within a defined market. You will own revenue targets, expand client relationships, and represent Trucordia with clients, carriers, and partners.
Reporting to the Platform Leader, you will build a strong sales culture, lead talent development, and oversee market strategy, P&L, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions.
