Role Overview:
As a Sr. Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing programs that build brand awareness and support product launches. You will collaborate with creative, digital, and regional teams to craft tailored content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies. Your downstream marketing mindset and digital expertise will guide measurement and optimization efforts to meet business and reputational goals, contributing directly to growth initiatives.
Day in the Life
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs.
Manage budgets, strategies, and measurement plans for campaigns.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on content creation.
Monitor KPIs and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
Partner with regional leaders for campaign adoption and execution.
Your Qualifications
3+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing.
Experience working in healthcare or medical device industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
Excellent digital marketing and content development skills.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to develop creative briefs and oversee execution.
Knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement.
Experience with sponsorships or partnership strategies.
Skilled in using marketing automation and analytics tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with product launches and strategic initiatives.
Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex matrix environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
