Job description
Establish and maintain the program's integration framework, engineering workflows, and environment baselines.
Lead cross-functional integration planning, aligning schedules, managing dependencies, and defining interface validation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-subsystem integration issues across various teams and environments.
Direct technical readiness reviews, defect triage, and root-cause analysis during integration events.
Collaborate with systems engineering, software development, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity teams to enhance automation and repeatability.
Minimum Qualifications
Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven senior-level experience leading software and systems integration within complex engineering environments.
Strong background in defining integration processes, configuration controls, and interface validation strategies.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, software lifecycles, and defect tracking.
Demonstrated leadership in technical planning, risk mitigation, and engineering documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting defense, intelligence community, or mission-critical systems.
Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs), requirements traceability, and verification planning.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, Jira, or Confluence.
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Java.
Required Skills
