Job TitleNo Agencies No C2C CandidatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Financial systems supportCommission administrationAccounting operationsSystems integrationsData reconciliation and controlsDemonstrated experience performing complex reconciliations across multiple systems and large datasets.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.Experience working with AI-enabled automation processes or intelligent workflow solutions.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivots, lookups, reconciliation modeling, and data analysis.Experience working with reporting tools, data warehouses, or operational data environments.Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting commission management platforms such as:CaptivateIQXactlyVaricentSAP CallidusSimilar incentive compensation solutionsKnowledge of Salesforce, Workday, Epic, payroll systems, ERP platforms, or accounting systems.Experience with APIs, ETL processes, middleware, integration monitoring, or data validation frameworks.Understanding of SOX compliance, auditing practices, and internal controls.Experience supporting AI, automation, or exception-management workflows.Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or data analytics platforms.
