Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Transactions Attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina. The candidate should have a proven track record in high-level IP transactions, including patent acquisition, licensing, and litigation funding. A deep understanding of complex IP matters and corporate structuring is essential, along with demonstrated leadership in sophisticated deals.
Duties
Lead high-level patent acquisition and licensing transactions.
Advise on patent litigation funding strategies.
Provide expertise in complex IP and corporate structuring matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sophisticated deals.
Requirements
Law degree.
Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Skills
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Expertise in patent-related transactions.
Ability to manage complex legal matters.
