Assist with business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications 10 years or more of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of multifamily housing work

Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design; architectural licensure or NCIDQ certification preferred

Demonstrated design leadership and a strong aesthetic sensibility informed by constructability and market realities

Experience working directly with clients, developers, and stakeholders

Solid understanding of residential building systems, codes, and detailing (interiors and/or architectural)

Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint required; visualization and 3D rendering skills preferred. Strong graphic presentation abilities are a plus.

Experience seeing projects through multiple phases with increasing responsibility
