nHow You Will Make an Impact
nAs a Senior Internal Auditor, you will gain valuable exposure to critical parts of our business and be able to drive meaningful improvements over time. The Internal Audit team is cross-functional, and you will perform a wide range of operational and financial audits, and advisory projects. We are seeking a candidate with broad experience in operations, compliance, IT and SOX. You must be comfortable performing as an individual contributor and will have the opportunity to learn our finance, business, and IT environment, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
nYou must be able to understand complex business processes and identify the full range of risks. You should be able to facilitate multiple stakeholders to align on appropriate solutions and verify that risks are mitigated effectively. You must have strong project management skills to manage variable resources and conduct your own audits from beginning to end, often managing multiple projects at once. You should be comfortable interacting with a range of functions, including but not limited to HR, Accounting, Legal, and Operations staff and leaders.
nThis role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
nResponsibilities
nnnPlan and scope audit projects, execute project plans, prepare written findings, and facilitate management responses and action items.
n
nnLead audit projects from planning, scoping, walkthroughs, testing, and reporting.
n
nnPerform ongoing gap analysis into business and IT processes to build control-resiliency as business changes occur.
n
nnPrepare reports for senior management and provide critical inputs for reporting to the Audit Committee.
n
nnLead and represent Internal Audit at stakeholder meetings.
n
nnLead the quarterly SOX certification process for business and IT processes.
n
nnPartner with external auditors during testing to align on scope and findings
n
nnContribute to the annual risk assessment and audit planning process.
n
n nQualifications
nnnRequired:
n
nnBA/BS degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, information systems or related field (CPA, plus).
n
nnA minimum of 4+ years of experience in Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, SOX or related function.
n
nnProficiency in audit tools, financial reporting, and internal controls.
n
nnProficiency with large ERP systems and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
n
nnExperience with internal controls in a publicly traded company or public accounting.
n
nnExperience leading business process SOX program.
n
nnPreferred:

nnCertifications
n
nnCIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
n
nnCISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
n
nnIT General Controls (ITGC) knowledge
n
nnExperience with GRC/audit management tools (FloQast, Optro/AuditBoard, Workiva)

nnSupervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but may provide mentorship, guidance, training, or work direction to others
