Job description
AbbVie is seeking a Sr. District Manager for Interventional Glaucoma to lead a regional team and promote Sustained Release implants.
You will manage district sales results, recruit and develop staff, and drive field execution with a strong emphasis on relationship-building with physicians and accounts. The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare/pharma sales, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% to cover territory while complying with HCIR credentialing requirements.
