Job description
TerraCRG, LLC, a Brooklyn-focused commercial real estate practice, seeks a proven Investment Sales Broker to scale an existing client book. You’ll source, pitch, and close transactions across Brooklyn’s active submarkets, managing relationships end-to-end from engagement to post-close.
Bring 5+ years of investment sales experience, a track record of closed deals, and a NY real estate license. This is a commission-based role with strong platform support and no cap on opportunity.
