Job description
Apple Inc. seeks a Sr. IP Counsel in Culver City, CA to drive intellectual property strategy and negotiations for its engineering groups and business units.
You will handle licenses, development agreements, IP disputes, and licensing transactions while collaborating with senior leaders to protect Apple’s shareholder value. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in technology/IP licensing, a JD with bar admission, and deep expertise across patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
