Capital One's legal department seeks a proactive Sr. Counsel specialized in IP to join its growing team.
The role focuses on preparing and prosecuting software/AI patent portfolios, shaping strategic patent protection in product development, and guiding invention harvesting across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner with inventors and business teams, manage outside counsel, and leverage AI and legal-tech to streamline portfolio management.
