Job description
A biotechnology firm in Cambridge is seeking an experienced IP Attorney to lead the development of its intellectual property strategy. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school and a Ph.D. in a relevant science. Responsibilities include patent drafting and prosecution, developing IP strategies, and managing portfolios. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in patent law. This position is on-site in Massachusetts.
