Job description
Fanatics Commerce seeks an IP Counsel to manage a global IP portfolio, focus on trademarks, and lead enforcement and license agreements. You will collaborate with the Commerce Legal Team, advise executives, and support IP matters across Fanatics’ divisions.
The role requires a JD, 6+ years IP experience, and a proactive, cross-functional approach. Hybrid work location with in-office presence Tue–Thu is in place; salary range reflects expertise and location.
