This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing fiber ISP focused on building and delivering high-performance connectivity across expanding markets. The Senior Network Engineer will play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing the core network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service provider environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and has strong experience within fiber, IP, and carrier-grade network operations. Responsibilities

Design, install, and maintain core network infrastructure across fiber and IP networks

Support routing, switching, DWDM, and PON environments across the service provider network

Evaluate new network technologies and recommend improvements to performance and scalability

Manage and support Linux and Windows-based back-office systems and provisioning functions

Participate in engineering projects, troubleshooting, and on-call support across the network estate

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Nokia and Cisco network equipment in ISP environments

Deep knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and carrier-grade switching

Strong understanding of DWDM systems, PON networks, and fiber-based infrastructure

Experience with Unix/Linux systems, scripting, and network systems management

Ability to independently design, analyze, and implement network solutions with strong attention to detail
