Parloa is shaping enterprise governance in AI-driven customer experiences. We are seeking a Senior IS&T Governance Partner to secure trust, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain audit readiness as we scale.
You’ll lead risk management, information security controls, and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA), partnering with Legal, DPO, and engineering to translate complex requirements into practical guidance.
