Job description
Katalyst CRO is seeking an Application Support professional in the United States to maintain and support engineering applications. The role requires 5-8 years in AMS within the Engineering domain and experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
The ideal candidate will manage Sev 1/2 incidents, drive RCA, and ensure rapid restoration of service while applying ITIL processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
