Job description
Northwell Career Site seeks an experienced transactional attorney to negotiate and oversee IT contracts, advise management on rights and obligations, and help shape IT contracting policy.
You will collaborate with Legal, Procurement and other teams, manage contract databases, monitor renewals, and lead negotiations for software, hardware, services, and renewals across the organization.
