Luminous Technology Group seeks a Senior IT Contracts & Vendor Management Consultant for a 12-month engagement in Ventura, CA. This senior role focuses on reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex IT contracts and vendor relationships with IT leadership, legal, procurement, finance, and vendors.
Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and software licenses while coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and support vendor performance
