Job description
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior IT Category Manager to lead sourcing and vendor governance for IT hardware, software, and services. The role aims to reduce TCO while mitigating risk through strong vendor governance and contract management.
You will partner with business owners and Corporate Services Vendor Contracting to prepare, analyze, and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
