Job description
Compass Point, an Akima company, is seeking a Senior Computer User Support Specialist to join our team supporting USSOCOM. This role requires active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications, with education and experience in networks, ITSM, ITIL, and related domains.
You will work autonomously on complex issues across multiple sites, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
