Level II-III Msp Support TechnicianSeeking a Level II-III MSP Support Technician to provide exceptional IT support for our clients. You'll need 5+ years of help desk experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, implementing new solutions, and on-call duties for urgent client needs.Key responsibilities include:Providing advanced technical support and troubleshootingMonitoring and maintaining clients' IT infrastructureCollaborating on implementing new IT solutionsDocumenting support activities and communicating effectively with clientsUsing remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requestsPerforming hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determinedInstalling and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devicesInstalling antivirus software and ensuring virus definitions are up to dateServer administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, DHCPPerforming preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripheralsValid Driver's License and ability to drive to customer locations when requiredIT Technician II requirements:College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science and/or 3 years equivalent work experienceOffice 365 administration experienceExperience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, and Mac OSActive Directory knowledge is a plusSome knowledge and understanding of networking devices and appliancesNinjaOne RMM and Autotask PSA Experience a plusValid Driver's License and ability to drive to customer locations when requiredCompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ preferredCompensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
