Job description
Toyota North America in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Lead to shape IVR and voice automation solutions. You will serve as a principal SME, guiding architecture, platform integrations, and security-compliant designs in a fast-moving Agile environment.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to modernize IVR, integrate CRM, and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems for Toyota’s customer experiences.
