The role calls for 10+ years' experience, expert Java development, Spring Boot, microservices, and SQL. GenAI tool familiarity (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is highly valued. Hybrid work: Southlake or Austin with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home; W2 only.
