Job description
A leading technology firm located in Elkridge, Maryland, is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to oversee architect-level design and development of software systems. The ideal candidate will mentor junior developers, analyze existing application systems, and ensure compliance with SDLC and CMMI requirements. This contract-to-hire position requires at least 10 years of experience, strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, and expertise in frameworks like Spring and JPA.
