Job description
Maverick Direct Inc. is seeking a skilled leader to oversee a team of developers in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves enhancing and maintaining Java/J2EE-based applications across various business functions, such as B2B and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead by example, providing both technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in Java/J2EE, SQLServer, and DB2, as well as experience in mentoring within technical environments. Strong knowledge of UML, Waterfall, and AGILE methodologies is essential. Sun certification is preferred.
