TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead/Senior Full Stack Java Developer for a Hybrid opportunity in Rutherford, NJ
Role: Senior Java Full Stack Engineer / Lead Developer
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer / Lead Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices to design, develop, and support scalable and secure enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.
Experience developing RESTful APIs;
GraphQL is a plus.
Strong experience with SQL/RDBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS and event-driven architectures.
Strong experience with JUnit, Mockito, integration testing, and automated testing.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and modern development practices.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native applications.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Jaeger.
Understanding OAuth2, JWT, secure coding, and vulnerability management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership/mentoring skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
