We’re looking for a Experienced Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
nWhat You’ll Do
nUnderstand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
nMeet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
nFollow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
nParticipate in company training and development programs
nStaff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
nBuild relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking
nYour Experience & Skills
n5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
nProficient in 2020 Design Software
nOutgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
nStrong work ethic and extreme attention to detail
nConstruction experience preferred but not required
nSolid math and organizational skills
nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Adobe PDF
nAble to manage multiple projects simultaneously
nEnergetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
