Job description
Consilio LLC is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment to lead employment matters within a health system context. The role involves advising HR, overseeing wage and hour issues, and guiding settlements and mediations with insurers and outside counsel.
You will work closely with senior leadership on high‑risk matters, provide practical, business‑oriented advice, support union-related issues, and help develop policies and compliant processes across multiple California locations.
