Penn Medicine Bala Cynwyd is seeking a Senior Labor Relations Business Partner to provide strategic labor relations consultation across Penn Medicine entities. You will partner with leaders and HR to develop and execute strategies that promote positive employee relations while minimizing risk.
The role requires interpreting collective bargaining agreements, guiding policy application, and leading grievance administration.
