Job description
Lennar Savannah market seeks a Sr. Entitlements Manager to supervise all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities, coordinating with agencies, consultants, and internal teams to meet schedules and approvals.
You will lead planning applications, manage permits, and align input from architects and engineers to ensure compliance, timely decisions, and adherence to cost controls and quality standards.
