Job description
Medtronic is seeking a Principal Process Development Engineer in Arizona to lead laser-based process development and transfer to manufacturing. You will drive DRM/DFSS and data-driven improvements, coordinating risk reduction and validation for laser joining and cutting of metal and glass.
Responsibilities include defining robust process flows, owning equipment qualification, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable processes and compliant documentation for manufacturing release.
