Job description
Amazon’s AWS LATAM International Compensation team seeks a Sr. Compensation Consultant to shape and implement compensation strategies across Latin America, partnering with HR leadership to drive program design, budgeting and analysis.
You will write papers for non-technical audiences, model the impact of new programs, and collaborate with regional and global teams on base pay, annual incentives and stock compensation while documenting processes and building playbooks.
