Job description
Biogen in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director, Launch Excellence and Change Management to lead readiness for North America launches within BI&O. You will align teams, translate launch priorities into a single BI&O plan, and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will coordinate with TA S&O leads and BI&O functional heads to drive adoption, change management, and practical playbooks for future launches.
