Capital One is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to own the AI platform and knowledge infrastructure for enterprise-scale marketing content generation. You’ll help build a shared platform enabling compliant, on-brand content generation across the organization.
You will lead design and implementation of retrieval pipelines, prompts, and AI operations, collaborating with multiple teams on API contracts and governance.
