Job description

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead AI Researcher in a hybrid role based out of Cisco's Seattle or San Jose office. You will architect proprietary AI for networking, security, and observability, leading end-to-end pre-training projects and shaping model deployments at Cisco's massive scale.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, publish findings, and translate research into tangible product features that strengthen Cisco's technology leadership in the AI era.
