Job description
Citi is seeking a Senior Lead Counsel I for Equities Derivatives and Cash to provide transactional and advisory legal services to risk managers and business representatives within Citi’s Equities Derivatives and Cash businesses.
Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements, applying knowledge of US securities laws, and coordinating with groups across a large organization. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
