Job description
ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Staff Customer and Product Quality Engineer to lead customer quality from NPI through high-volume production for hyperscale/AI server systems. You will guide engineers, escalate issues, and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams worldwide.
Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, defining report expectations, and implementing corrective actions. Lean/Six Sigma and strong data analytics are highly valued.
