Job description
Capital One is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer for the Global Payment Network in McLean, VA. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering cloud-based, scalable fintech solutions and mentor engineers while hands-on coding when needed.
You will work with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, leveraging AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and open source databases. Strong cloud and leadership experience required; strong collaboration with product managers is essential.
