Position Overview
Members of our Banquet Staff work under the direction of the Director of Legacy to complete a variety of tasks relating to the events hosted at the Legacy. If you are looking for a hands‑on job with lots of variety, this is the position for you!
What You’ll Do
Primarily responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
Lead and train banquet/event setup team members
Ensure rooms are set up according to event specifications
Manage timelines for setups, room flips, and breakdowns
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
Inspect completed setups for accuracy and quality
Communicate event needs and issues to leadership
Support efficient and professional event execution
