Job description
JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within Asset & Wealth Management to drive end-to-end architecture, secure high-performance services, and guide AI-assisted development across a range of enterprise systems.
You will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, mentor engineers, and elevate CI/CD and observability practices. A strong background in Java, microservices, and cloud-native design is required.
