Lead Installation TechnicianSeeking experienced installation technicians! Job: Lead Installation Technician Location: Primarily Ohio + surrounding states (travel required) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)At Brothers Integrated Technologies (BIT), we're not just installing tech — we're building the future. Our specialized crews work with cutting-edge systems including:Audio/Video SystemsSecurity & Surveillance CamerasAccess ControlHVAC ControlsFire Alarm SystemsCopper & Fiber Network InfrastructureWe perform installations in a variety of environments including educational institutions, corporate campuses, and new construction sites.What You'll DoAs a Lead Installation Technician, you'll play a critical role in managing project teams and ensuring accurate, high-quality installations. Your responsibilities include:Leading small to large project teams across multiple technologiesInterpreting blueprints and executing precise installationsInstalling devices and equipment per detailed plans and equipment listsHandling advanced terminations, soldering, and custom connector workManaging rack builds and ensuring professional-grade cable managementAdapting to new systems and technologies while mentoring team membersSkills & Experience Required3–5 years experience in A/V, security, access control, cameras, fire alarm, and/or networkingProven leadership experience in the fieldFamiliarity with equipment lists and installation layoutsCompetence in soldering, terminations, and cable organizationExperience building and dressing equipment racksEagerness to learn, lead, and earn industry certificationsRelevant Experience & Certifications (Preferred)Experience in a supervisory or military roleCertified Technology Specialist (CTS)Ohio Fire Alarm & Equipment LicenseAccess Control CertificationBICSI CertificationNote: Any existing certifications will be considered in your starting pay.What We ProvideFully outfitted company vehicleProfessional-grade tools and project management softwareCompany-covered industry certifications and continuing educationLodging and meals covered during travel assignmentsA clear career path with leadership opportunitiesBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Referral Program401(k) Retirement PlanScheduleEnjoy a 40-hour work week, Monday through Thursday.
