Interstate Waste Services is seeking a Director of Landfill Operations to lead a rail-served landfill with accountability for safety, environmental compliance, daily operations, and financial performance.
You will collaborate across Environmental, Safety, Maintenance, Rail, Finance, HR, and Engineering to manage waste flow, staffing, budgets, and capital projects while building scalable systems for growth.
