Humane Fort Wayne seeks an Associate Director of Animal & Medical Care to lead shelter animal health and behavioral programs, mentoring supervisors and care staff. The role partners with the Director of Operations to advance medical care, husbandry, enrichment, and adoption readiness across all units.
