Job description
Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto seeks a Senior Consultant, Leadership and Organizational Development to drive design and delivery of leadership and OD initiatives for 1,800+ leaders, leveraging curriculum design, measurement, and data-driven practices to enable the organization's strategy.
You will partner with HRBPs, lead multi-tier programs, mentor ERG leaders, and integrate AI and digital learning innovations to scale development across SHC while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
