Job description

You will champion Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis to deliver measurable performance gains. The role partners with operations leaders to embed the Generac Operating System (GOS), mentor teams, and sustain improvements through training and cross-functional collaboration.
