Job description
Entegris, Inc. in Chaska, MN is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead the site CI program. You will design and deploy Lean strategies, coach leaders, and drive world-class performance across two manufacturing sites with a focus on safety, quality and cost.
You will develop roadmaps, supervise CI teams, coach stakeholders, and champion digital measurements like OEE and SPC, while promoting a strong continuous improvement culture.
