Job description
Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned Trainer IV to design and deliver advanced training for mission-critical government service operations. In this role, you will lead curriculum development, classroom and virtual instruction, and performance-focused learning initiatives that support transportation, public assistance, healthcare, and payment service programs. You will analyze training needs, translate complex processes into clear learning materials, and measure training impact through data and KPIs. Partnering closely with operations and quality teams, you’ll drive continuous improvement, ensuring staff are prepared to deliver compliant, efficient, and customer-focused public services.
